Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.

Shipping types we offer our customers:
  • Free Ground Shipping generally takes between 2-7 days for delivery depending on warehouse location to your address. Ground shipping is not a guarantee for a delivery time.

  • UPS and FedEx 3 business day delivery guaranteed
  • UPS and FedEx 2 business day delivery guaranteed
  • UPS and FedEx Next business day delivery guaranteed by 5pm

**Once a package is picked up by the Carrier the transit time is only a calculation. Weather and driving conditions could affect delivery time which is out of TV Mount Experts control. 

**All shipment transit times by the carriers are based on business days. Carriers do not operate on certain Holidays or weekends.

**Example (Ground Shipping- Free Ground Shipping) if your item is picked up by the carrier Friday afternoon the actual transit time for ground would start on the Monday after the weekend or the next business day if Monday was a Holiday. So for a package that takes 5 days to deliver it would be the following Friday before it should be delivered.


How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. When your items are delivered make sure the quantity received matches the number that you ordered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance by using our "contact us" button or emailing us directly at sales@tvmountexperts.com.
My product is missing parts.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. When your product arrives open the box immediately to make sure all of the parts is supplied. If there is a part missing notify us immediately so that we can work together to get the missing part delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance by using the "contact us" button on our home screen or by email at sales@tvmountexperts.com.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
