How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information. As prompted fill in the field you wish to change. Be sure to save the changes for them to take effect immediately.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Follow these steps to get the calculated shipping rates:
1. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Shopping Cart page
2. Fill in the State and Zip Code the items will be shipped to.
3. Click on the Recalculate button.
4. From the drop down you can see the shipping rates based on your shipping address information that you entered. 
5. From there you select the shipping method you would like the item shipped.
6. Either use the proceed to checkout button or the login & checkout button if you are a returning customer.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. Also you can contact us by phone at 318-423-2831 or email us directly at
How do I return my product?
  In order to initiate a return, simply fill out the "contact us" form. We’ll send you the required RMA (Return Authorization Number) along with further instructions. The RMA number is valid for 7 days. Make sure the product is in original condition and includes all materials (manual, nuts, bolts, etc). Returns are accepted up to 7 days after received date as shown by the carriers tracking. No returns after 7 days of received.

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service by using the "contact us" button located on the home screen or emailing us at within 24 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?

All returns require an RMA number that you must obtain from us by email. If your box arrives at our warehouse with no RMA, we will be forced to make it sit in time out for eternity, which means you won’t be able to complete your return.
We know you don’t want that, so email us or contact us to request your RMA number (Return Authorization Number).

Once, you are issued an RMA number, please mail the package back to us within 7 business days.

If it is not mailed within the 7 day window, it will be refused.

Please allow up to 14 business days after receipt of your return for it to be fully processed.

A few things to remember:

• Return requests are not a method of cancelling an order. To cancel an order, please contact a customer service representative within 15 minutes of placing your order.

• Your product should be like new and 100% complete with all accessories and documentation (boxes, packing material, manuals, blank warranty card) and have the original UPC intact.

• If you are due a refund, it will be issued via the payment method used to originally place the order.

• Shipping charges will not be refunded. If the item was purchased under the context free shipping and is returned TV Mount Experts will deduct the applicable shipping charges and return to you the purchase price of the item less shipping.

• The will be a 30% restocking fee on returned goods.

• We recommend you insure your package for the full value of your product in case it is lost or damaged in shipment and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery.

• Opened electronic products cannot be returned.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. If you do not receive tracking information within 72 hours of order use the contact us button on the home screen or email us at Please give us your name and the order number so we can help look up the items location.
